Previous experience of trekking above 4500 m will be very beneficial. This trek is long and strenuous. Steep climb to passes and high altitude camp make this trek quite challenging. Above-average fitness levels are a must. Trekkers must have experience walking on different terrains, boulder zones, snow, ice fields, scree, and grasses.
