This is not a Trek, and certainly not a leisurely weekend trip. This is our YEAR END PARTY! We trek to Sandakphu in 3 days and then drive to Darjeeling just in time to celebrate the New Year’s Eve. So in a way, we earn our party time by ascending to Bengal’s highest point! The satisfaction of a few days of hard labour gets multiplied when we end the trip in the lap of Darjeeling. We’ll be having a party-like atmosphere throughout the trip. Make sure you’re ready to join the fun!
Difficulty level : Beginners.
Previous experience of trekking is not required. The trekker needs to be prepared to walk 10-12 km a day on uphill trails.
Max Altitude : 3636 m/ 11930 ft
Duration : 6 days
On Day 1, pick-up time is around 9 a.m.
On Day 7, reach NJP by 5-6 p.m.
